ABOUT UKFA
The area covers all you need to know about UKFA...who we are, what we want to achieve & our plan to do that.
UKFA PHILOSOPHY
Our goal is crystal clear...we want to help children develop elite behaviours in terms of their performances on & off the pitch.
WHAT DOES ''ELITE BEHAVIOURS'' MEAN?
It's all about a child representing themselves, their teammates, their family, and UKFA in the best possible manner at all times.
Hardworking
Respectful
Humble & Gracious
Accountable & Responsible
Open, Honest, Thoughtful
(All while being competitive & wanting to improve at all times)
HOW WE DO THIS?
It all starts with our fun sessions that challenge children in many ways...some they may not even notice. We guide kids into realising they have to work hard & help themselves and others around them at all times. We emphasis the importance of kids having responsibilities even at a young age. If they need help or have any questions / issues we are 100% there to help & assist them, but ultimately they'll see improves and enjoy their football more the harder they work. You get out what you put in.

UKFA & LOVE 21 FOUNDATION
UKFA proudly display the LOVE 21 FOUNDATION name on the front of our player & coaches shirts.
We approached the foundation about allowing us to sponsor them for 2 very specific reason. One being the fantastic work they do here in Hong Kong and the second is the foundation has a special connection for UKFA owner Jon Philpott, when talking about the partnership he said ''I am extremely honoured to partner with the Love 21 Foundation and we will display their name with great pride. This charity really touches my heart as I have a family members back in the UK with Down syndrome and Autism, and I know first hand the amazing work similar foundations have done for them. I don't know what my family would have done without their amazing support. I see the great work the Love 21 Foundation does here in Hong Kong and I want more people to be aware of it''.
The Love 21 Founder, Jeff Rotmeyer explains who they are...''Love 21 are a charity dedicated to bettering and empowering the lives of those living with Down Syndrome & Autism in Hong Kong through physical activity and nutrition''.
